You may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Shipping Fees: Our exchange service does not cover shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will cover the shipping fee for sending the new item back to you.
Exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items without proof of purchase, or where the Order Number does not match the product.
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers, third-party platforms, or second-hand resales.
- Damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids) or natural disasters.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags/labels removed.
Please note that the Everyday Fit X is a final sale item. Therefore, it is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
